Breathwork has been around for 1000s of years. It is something the yogis, Hindu traditions and many others have shared the power and influence it has on our mind, body, and soul.

In the Hindu practices, they call the breath, "Prana," which means, "Life or Lifeforce."

The breath can change and shift you in a moment to either of higher brain/consciousness or of lower which results in negative emotions and thoughts.

There are many forms of breathwork and in my newest book, "A Walk in the Dark," I discuss the neurology behind breathwork, how this works and the different forms out there that you can discover, practice and see which one works best for you.
